After signing up for the subscription coupon code would be mailed to you within 3 business days.

From the next month of subscription, the coupon would be mailed within 3 business days from the beginning of every month. If more than 3 business days passed and you didn't receive your coupon code please check your spam mail and contact our customer support.

Yes, you can use the coupon only throughout the month it was given. On the last day of the month, 23:59 JST coupon will expire.  

Yes, your subscription will renew automatically at the end of every month. If you want to cancel your subscription or change the payment method please be sure to make the changes by the end of each month (23:59 JST). In case you forgot to cancel or change the payment method you would be charged the subscription fee for the following month.

To cancel your subscription press the cancel button in the subscription settings page. If you have troubles cancelling the subscription please contact our customer support. 

Sorry, we don not provide refund after the payment for the following month was settled.

Yes, as long as you continue your subscription it is okay to take part in premium wakuwaku box lottery.

The lottery is being held on the second week of every month. The winners would be announced by the end of the month in our Official Instagram page. In addition, we will contact the winners directly by the registered e-mail.
